May also have direct customer contact to assist in resolving issues and driving sales opportunities.\nPrinciple Duties and Responsibilities\nPO creation and processing of documentation and payables \nAssists buyers in the tracking and tracing of orders\nMaintains frequent communication with suppliers/providers to ensure efficiencies in information gathering\nAssists in developing reports and compiling market information for trades\nAssists in processing reports, documents, and purchases in a timely manner\nAssists in cost/rate retrieval for international freight lanes\nWorks with all internal teams to successfully deliver international documentation for all orders\nCollaborates across departments including sales, logistics and purchasing\nAssists in assigned special projects\nContributes to team success by meeting individual goals and supporting team objectives\nPerforms other duties as required\nQualifications\nMinimum Associate's degree or equivalent industry experience.\n2 years+ of experience, preferably in supply chain or procurement \nPossesses beginning to working knowledge of subject matter\nWorking knowledge and proficiency in the use of computer and business-related software, including Microsoft applications (Excel, Word and Outlook)\nWorking knowledge of various office equipment (computer, scanner, etc)\nStrong written and verbal communication skills\nExcellent organizational skills and attention to detail\nAbility to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced setting\nSpanish speaking required\nMedical, dental, and
