This role is essential in ensuring timely and accurate handling of submissions, endorsements, and policy documentation.\nDuties and Responsibilities\nSubmission Management: Receive, log, and organize incoming submissions from brokers and agents. Ensure all required documentation is complete.\n\nTracking & Reporting: Input and maintain accurate data in various systems including SharePoint, Excel, and others as needed.\n\nPolicy Processing: Assist in the preparation, issuance, and delivery of quotes, binders, policies, and endorsements.\n\nCommunication: Communicate with brokers, agents, and internal departments to gather information, clarify details, and follow up on outstanding items.\n\nDocument Management: Maintain organized files for underwriting records and correspondence.\n\nCompliance & Quality Control: Review documents for completeness and accuracy before finalizing.
