Must be familiar with the history and mission of the UFW and be willing to make long-term commitment.\nQUALIFICATIONS FOR POSITION:\nBachelor's Degree preferred but not necessary. \nThree (3) years’ experience in contract organizing and Union organizing including one (1) year experience in campaign management is strongly preferred\nAbility to design and implement creative and innovative strategies which result in membership growth.\nMust be proficient with MS office applications (Word, Excel, E-mail and Internet).\nAbility to speak, write, read Spanish and English is required. \nCOMPENSATION: Starting salary of $72,000 - $75,000 a year.
