The ideal candidate should have a strong foundation in Industrial Engineering with hands-on exposure to Time & Motion Study, process improvement, and supply chain operations. Responsibilities: Conduct Time & Motion Studies to identify productivity improvement opportunities. Support Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, and Continuous Improvement initiatives across operations. Collect, analyze, and present operational data to identify process inefficiencies. Assist in process mapping, workflow optimization, and standardization of operating procedures (SOPs).
