This team member will report to the Manager of the Human Resources- Analytics, Audits, and Reporting team. This individual will be responsible for providing reporting and actionable analysis to drive data informed decision making across all levels of management on U-Haul team members and HR programs.\nResponsibilities include, but are not limited to:\nAnalyze and report on Human Resources program data to provide actionable intel to U-Haul leadership\nWork alongside individual HR teams as well as U-Haul teams outside of HR to learn team programs, processes, and to understand reporting needs\nDesign, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports\nIdentify key trends, cause & effect, and forward-looking implications\nPresent insights in a clear manner to facilitate action and enact change\nExtract data from Workday, Databricks, and SQL-based data warehouses\nValidate and clean data to ensure accuracy and reliability\nCreate ad hoc reports and analysis for U-Haul management in Microsoft Excel\nSkills, Requirements, & Qualifications:\nExperience in Power BI, SQL, and Excel is required\nKnowledge in Workday or similar HCM platforms preferred\nU-Haul experience with knowledge of field and Phoenix operations is preferred\nExperience with Python is preferred\nDegree in Business, or a quantitative discipline such as Computer Science, Statistics, or Economics is preferred\nExcellent written and oral communication skills. Can interact with and influence decision-making by non-analytical audiences.
