This position ensures our campus environment reflects excellence at every level-clean, organized, and ready to support students, staff, and guests.\nThrough responsibilities such as maintaining guest rooms and common areas, managing laundry, replenishing supplies, and upholding sanitation standards, this role directly impacts the daily experience of those on campus.\nWhat You’ll Do\nDaily Execution\nMaintain cleanliness and organization across student quarters and campus facilities\n\nPerform vacuuming, dusting, mopping, disinfecting, and full bathroom cleaning\n\nReplace linens and ensure beds are properly made and presentation-ready\n\nMonitor and replenish guest amenities to maintain a fully stocked and welcoming environment\n\nExecute laundry operations (student, guest, kitchen, and event linens)\n\nFollow and uphold UHP Hospitality SOP standards\n\nWeekly & Scheduled Responsibilities\nComplete deep cleaning and detail cleaning assignments\n\nManage linen inventory, care, and rotation schedules\n\nSupport seasonal and project-based cleaning initiatives\n\nGuest & Campus Support\nPrepare spaces for guest arrivals and student accommodations\n\nMaintain furniture, fabrics, and campus interiors\n\nAssist with errands and hospitality-related support as needed\n\nReport maintenance or equipment issues to the Hospitality Lead\n\nWhat We’re Looking For\nExperience\nPrevious housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred\n\nFamiliarity with cleaning tools, products, and best practices\n\nCore Attributes\nReliable, consistent, and accountable\n\nPositive attitude with the ability to adapt in a dynamic environment\n\nStrong communication skills and ability to follow direction\n\nTeam-oriented mindset with a willingness to contribute where needed\n\nRequirements\nFlexible and available for evenings and weekends as required\n\nReliable transportation\n\nPhysically capable of performing job duties (lifting, bending, standing, etc.)\n\nPhysical Requirements\nAbility to lift up to 50 lbs regularly\n\nFull range of motion (bending, kneeling, reaching, standing for extended periods)\n\nAbility to move furniture and carry supplies as needed\n\nCompensation & Benefits\nBase salary of $17 per hour with competitive compensation package\n\n401(k)\n\nHealth, dental, and vision insurance\n\nPaid time off\n\nProfessional development support\n\nAccess to UHP performance and recovery facilities\n\nSchedule\nSunday - Thursday, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM (Friday and Saturday off).\nNote: Flexibility is required, including occasional weekend shifts based on campus needs.\nEqual Employment Opportunity\nUHP is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
