The Asset Controller will coordinate with supervisors, storekeepers, and the procurement team to ensure equipment, tools, and consumables are accounted for, distributed correctly, and maintained in good condition. This role also involves ensuring compliance with Companies policies and providing cost control and usage tracking insights\nInventory and Asset Control\nMaintain an up-to-date log of all assets (machines, equipment, tools, consumables) used in the Companies Housekeeping division. Ensure accurate documentation of issuance, transfers, and returns. Conduct physical audits monthly and report discrepancies\nData and System Management\nEnsure all asset and inventory data are recorded in the INFO EAM system. Generate and analyze reports related to asset utilization, loss, repair status, and replacements. Maintain barcoding and tagging systems for assets.\nInfrastructure and Event Readiness\nWork closely with Housekeeping Supervisors to forecast asset and material needs for events and infrastructure tasks. Provide required items in a timely manner with complete checklists.\nHealth and Safety Compliance\nEnsure all equipment and tools are stored in compliance with DWTC standards. Maintain MSDS sheets for consumables. Conduct risk checks before deployment of machinery or items.\nFinancial Accountability\nSupport the budgeting process by providing accurate stock consumption records, identifying high-usage items, and contributing to asset life-cycle planning.
