closure.\nKey Responsibilities\nUnderstand customer requirements and develop end-to-end IP network solutions.\nPrepare High-Level Designs (HLDs), BoQs, quotations, and technical proposals.\nManage the pre-sales and solution development process from opportunity identification to contract award.\nMeet with customers to understand their technical and business requirements.\nConduct customer presentations, technical discussions, and solution workshops.\nWork closely with sales, engineering, and technical teams to develop and position solutions.\nSupport pricing, commercial proposals, revenue improvement, and negotiations.\nConduct product, technology, competitor, and market analysis.\nProvide technical knowledge and solution support to sales and technical teams.\nStay updated on IP networking, cybersecurity, and ICT technologies and identify relevant solutions for customers.\nTechnical Skills\nStrong knowledge of IP networking and cybersecurity.\nExperience with:Routing & Switching\nMPLS / VPLS\nIP VPN\nFirewalls\nEDR and endpoint security\nEnterprise and service-provider networks\n\nStrong understanding of IP network architecture and solution design.\nAbility to develop network designs based on customer requirements.\nExperience with BoQ preparation, pricing, commercial solutions, and proposal development.\nCertifications such as HCIE, HCNP, HCNA, CCIE, CCNP, or CCNA are an advantage.\nQualifications\nBachelor’s degree or higher in Information Technology, Computer Science, Electrical & Electronics Engineering, Telecommunications, or a related field.\nExperience\nMinimum 5 years of experience in ICT, telecommunications, networking, or a related technology industry.\nProven experience in network solution design and pre-sales.\nExperience working directly with customers on technical requirements, proposals, presentations, and solution discussions.\nKey Skills\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills\nTechnical solution
