presentations, and evaluation forms, ensuring they are relevant and effective.\nAct as the first point of contact for training-related inquiries from employees and external vendors, providing timely assistance and information.\nCollect and compile training feedback from participants to assess program effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.\nGenerate reports on training activities, including attendance, feedback, and training outcomes, to communicate the impact of learning initiatives.\nStay informed of best practices in L&D administration and continuously seek opportunities for process improvements within training initiatives.\nCollaborate with department heads to ensure training initiatives align with business objectives and support team performance.\nIdentify mentors for mentorship programs within the corporate division to provide social support and guidance to new employees.\nTrack and maintain accurate records of performance appraisals, goals, and development plans in the performance management system.\nCompile and generate reports on performance management activities, such as completion rates of appraisals and progress on development plans, to support data-driven decision-making.\nAssist in the preparation and distribution of communication materials related to performance management cycles, timelines, and expectations.\nQualification and Experience :\nBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, or a related field.\nRequired: 0-3 years of experience.\nPreferred: Proven experience in learning and development, training, or a similar role, preferably within a corporate
