The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading cross-functional project teams, managing vendors, driving stakeholder alignment, and ensuring successful delivery of complex enterprise transformation programs.\nKey Responsibilities\nProject Leadership & Execution\nLead end-to-end delivery of SAP S/4HANA and Coupa implementation projects, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.\nManage rollout projects across multiple geographies, ensuring alignment with business and IT strategy.\nDrive integration workstreams across SAP, Coupa, and third-party systems.\nStakeholder & Governance Management\nManage senior business and IT stakeholders across departments, regions, and partners.\nFacilitate Steering Committee (SteerCo) meetings and prepare professional SteerCo decks, status reports, and executive updates.\nEnsure clear communication channels, timely escalation, and alignment between all parties.\nVendor & Partner Management\nCoordinate with System Integrators (SIs) and technology partners to ensure delivery quality and contractual compliance.\nMonitor vendor performance, SLAs, and deliverables to ensure adherence to project timelines and budgets.\nEvaluate and challenge SI proposals, estimations, and resource allocations where necessary.\nRisk, Issue & Change Management\nIdentify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues proactively.\nDrive structured conflict resolution across cross-functional teams and vendor groups.\nLead change management activities to ensure user adoption and minimal business disruption.\nIntegration & Technical Oversight\nEnsure successful integration between SAP S/4HANA, Coupa, and interfacing applications.\nWork closely with functional and technical teams to validate solution design, testing, and deployment processes.\nSupport cutover planning, readiness assessments, and hypercare stabilization.\nQualifications & Experience\nMinimum 8 years of overall experience, with at least 5 years in IT project management.\nMandatory experience in SAP S/4HANA implementation (greenfield / brownfield).\nHands-on experience in Coupa modules and procurement system deployments.\nSolid background in multi-country rollouts and integration projects.\nProven experience managing System Integrators and large vendor ecosystems.\nStrong understanding of project methodologies (Agile / Hybrid / Waterfall).\nExcellent communication, conflict resolution, and stakeholder management skills.\nAbility to prepare and present executive-level SteerCo decks.\nPMP / PRINCE2 / SAP Activate certification (preferred but not mandatory).\nKey Skills\nSAP S/4HANA (any module with project oversight)\nCoupa (P2P, S2P, or related modules)\nProject Governance & SteerCo
