The role ensures adequate linen and uniform availability, accurate records, good quality, and smooth support to housekeeping and other departments.\nKey Responsibilities\n1. Linen & Uniform Distribution - 15%\nEnsure timely distribution and collection of linen and uniforms.\nMaintain accurate records of all linen and uniform transactions.\nEnsure linen and uniforms are available when required for daily operations and events.\n2. Inventory Management - 15%\nConduct regular physical inventory of linen and uniforms.\nMaintain accurate inventory records and update the relevant system.\nReport inventory requirements, shortages, and items for replacement or disposal.\n3. Storage & Organization - 15%\nEnsure linen and uniforms are properly stored and organized.\nFollow standard coding and storage procedures for easy identification and issuance.\nMaintain cleanliness and order in the linen room.\n4. Damage & Discrepancy Reporting - 15%\nRecord and report damaged, missing, or incorrect linen and uniforms.\nCoordinate with the relevant departments and laundry service provider for replacement or resolution.\nMaintain proper records of discrepancies.\n5. Team Supervision - 10%\nAssign daily tasks to Linen Room Assistants and monitor their work.\nEnsure tasks are completed properly and on time.\nSupport linen requirements for events when required.\n6. Asset Records - 5%\nCoordinate with the relevant team to keep equipment and asset records updated.\nReport any missing, damaged, or faulty equipment.\n7. Staff Attendance & Standards - 10%\nMonitor staff attendance, grooming, and work performance.\nEnsure staff follow required procedures and standards.\nSupport training and performance reviews when required.\n8. Equipment & Cost Control - 10%\nCheck that linen room and laundry equipment are working properly.\nReport faults and maintenance requirements promptly.\nSupport cost-saving measures and prevent unnecessary losses.\n9.
