Housekeeping Operations - 20%\nSupervise daily housekeeping activities and ensure assigned areas are clean and well maintained.\nAllocate work to team members and ensure tasks are completed on time.\nFollow up on complaints and outstanding issues.\nConduct regular area inspections and provide feedback to staff.\nEnsure housekeeping stores are properly stocked and organized.\nSupport operations during events and special activities.\nAssist senior team members when required.\n2. Administration & Cost Control - 15%\nMonitor staff attendance, daily records, inventory, and key logs.\nPrepare basic event and operational cost reports.\nMonitor expenses and ensure activities are completed within the approved budget.\nReport any cost or operational issues to management.\n3. Team Management - 15%\nSupervise and guide housekeeping staff to achieve good productivity.\nSupport staff training and development.\nAddress employee concerns and provide feedback to management.\nMonitor team performance and provide regular feedback.\nReport maintenance issues and required repairs.\nEncourage team members to suggest improvements.\n4. Customer Service - 20%\nEnsure housekeeping standards support a positive guest experience.\nRespond quickly to customer requests and complaints.\nMonitor the performance of temporary staff and service partners.\nTake corrective action where required to improve service quality.\nMaintain good relationships with customers and other departments.\n5. Quality, Health & Safety - 10%\nFollow company procedures and housekeeping standards.\nEnsure Health & Safety and quality requirements are followed.\nSupport inspections and audits.\nMaintain required operational records.\nPromote continuous improvement within the team.\n6. Communication & Professionalism - 5%\nMaintain a professional and well-groomed appearance.\nCommunicate clearly in English with staff, departments, suppliers, contractors, and customers.\nMaintain good working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.\n7. Teamwork & Professional Conduct - 5%\nDemonstrate reliability, integrity, and professionalism.\nSupport teamwork and maintain a positive work environment.\nUse good judgment when handling operational issues.\nMaintain a customer-focused approach.\n8. Continuous Development - 5%\nTake part in training and professional development.\nSupport improvements to housekeeping processes and service standards.\nTake on additional responsibilities as the role develops.\n9.
