manage civil and structural works for fuel storage terminals and pipeline projects, ensuring safe, high-quality project delivery within approved budgets, timelines, and technical requirements.\nKey Responsibilities\nConduct site inspections and assess project requirements, existing structures, and site conditions.\nReview civil and structural drawings, designs, specifications, and technical documents.\nCoordinate with consultants, contractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.\nSupport tendering activities, technical evaluations, preparation of bills of quantities (BOQs), and contractor assessments.\nMonitor construction progress, project schedules, costs, and contractor performance.\nSupervise civil works involving foundations, storage tank areas, drainage, roads, buildings, pipe racks, and related infrastructure.\nInspect construction activities to ensure compliance with approved drawings, quality standards, and safety requirements.\nCoordinate with Operations, Maintenance, HSEQ, and other engineering teams to minimize disruption to ongoing terminal operations.\nEnsure compliance with site safety procedures, work permits, environmental controls, and applicable regulations.\nCoordinate required permits, inspections, and approvals with relevant authorities.\nMonitor project risks, resolve site issues, and report delays or technical concerns to management.\nReview contractor claims, variations, progress reports, and completed work records.\nCoordinate project handover, including inspections, defect closure, as-built drawings, and final documentation.\nQualifications\nBachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized institution.\nExperience\nMinimum 8 years of relevant experience in civil or structural project engineering and site delivery.\nAt least 3 years of experience in fuel terminals, oil and gas, ports, pipelines, utilities, or similar industrial infrastructure.\nExperience reviewing construction drawings, BOQs, technical submissions, method statements, inspection plans, and project schedules.\nPractical knowledge of reinforced concrete, steel structures, foundations, geotechnical works, drainage, and earthworks.\nExperience working on live industrial sites and coordinating contractors is essential.\nUAE project experience and familiarity with local authority approvals are preferred.\nExperience with storage tank foundations, containment bunds, pipeline crossings, pipe racks, or terminal rehabilitation is an advantage.\nKey Skills\nCivil and structural
