coordination support for driver remedial training programs, ensuring training sessions, attendance, records, reporting, and communication are managed efficiently and on time.\nKey Responsibilities\nSchedule and coordinate remedial training sessions using the Learning Management System (LMS).\nEnsure training rooms, schedules, and materials are ready for each session.\nMaintain accurate attendance, training records, and documentation.\nPrepare daily, weekly, and monthly training reports.\nFollow up with drivers who miss scheduled training sessions.\nEscalate repeated no-shows and support the reporting of non-compliance cases.\nCoordinate with Operations regarding driver attendance, handovers, and training completion.\nSupport trainers with administrative requirements before, during, and after training.\nKeep all training records and attendance information updated in the LMS.\nRespond to queries from drivers, trainers, Operations, and other stakeholders.\nEnsure training administration is completed accurately and within deadlines.\nQualifications\nDiploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred.\nExperience\n2-4 years of experience in training coordination, administration, or a similar role.\nExperience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) is an advantage.\nExperience in transport, logistics, mobility, or service industries is preferred.\nKey Skills\nStrong Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and MS Office skills.\nExperience using an LMS is an advantage.\nGood written and verbal English communication skills.\nStrong organization and time management.\nHigh attention to detail and accuracy.\nAbility to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.\nProfessional, proactive, and customer-focused approach.\nKey Performance Areas\nTimely scheduling and administration of training sessions.\nAccurate training attendance and records.\nEffective follow-up on driver
