By combining UiPath's automation and AI capabilities with deep industry expertise, we're developing solutions that help organizations streamline workflows, improve efficiency, and deliver measurable business outcomes.\nAs our healthcare business continues to grow, we're evolving from customer-specific implementations toward scalable, repeatable software products that can be deployed efficiently across enterprise customers.\nWe're looking for an experienced, hands-on product leader who can help drive that transformation.\nThe Role\nUiPath is seeking a Principal Product Manager to lead the development, commercialization, and scaling of enterprise software solutions within our Healthcare business.\nThis is a unique opportunity to join a growing business at a critical stage of its evolution. We have solutions already deployed with customers, and our next challenge is turning those early successes into mature, scalable products that can support rapid customer adoption and business growth.\nYou'll own the product lifecycle from customer discovery and product definition through development, launch, adoption, and continuous improvement.\nYou'll work closely with engineering, design, industry experts, sales, and marketing to establish a disciplined product development process, accelerate delivery, and ensure we're building solutions that solve real customer problems.\nWe're looking for a true product builder: someone who combines strong product management fundamentals with technical fluency, commercial judgment, and the ability to operate hands-on in a fast-moving environment.\nWhile this role supports our Healthcare business, prior healthcare industry experience is not required. We value exceptional product management experience, strong execution, and demonstrated success scaling enterprise software products above industry-specific expertise.\nWhat You'll Do\nProduct Strategy & Ownership\nDefine and execute the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for AI-powered enterprise solutions within UiPath's Healthcare business.\n\nLead the evolution of early-stage, customer-specific solutions into scalable, configurable, and repeatable software products.\n\nIdentify opportunities to reduce custom development, streamline implementations, and accelerate time-to-value for new customers.\n\nTranslate customer needs, business objectives, and market opportunities into clear product requirements and prioritized roadmaps.\n\nEstablish meaningful product success metrics across adoption, customer satisfaction, deployment efficiency, and commercial performance.\n\nProduct Development & Execution\nOwn the end-to-end product development lifecycle, from discovery and ideation through design, development, launch, and iteration.\n\nPartner closely with engineering and design to develop detailed product requirements, user stories, specifications, and acceptance criteria.\n\nDrive effective sprint planning, backlog prioritization, release management, and cross-functional execution.\n\nWork with engineering to improve product scalability, configurability, usability, and implementation efficiency.\n\nDevelop prototypes, wireframes, or functional concepts using modern AI-assisted development and prototyping tools to communicate product ideas and accelerate development.\n\nBalance near-term customer requirements with long-term product scalability, maintainability, and commercial viability.\n\nIntroduce structure, operating rhythms, and product development best practices that improve execution as the business scales.\n\nCustomer Discovery & Productization\nEngage directly with enterprise customers to understand workflows, pain points, requirements, and opportunities for product innovation.\n\nIncorporate customer feedback and production learnings into product strategy and development priorities.\n\nIdentify common requirements across customer implementations and translate them into reusable product capabilities.\n\nDrive improvements in customer onboarding, data ingestion, configuration, and self-service capabilities.\n\nPartner with industry specialists to ensure solutions address meaningful business challenges without requiring the Product Manager to be the healthcare domain expert.\n\nGo-to-Market & Commercialization\nPartner with sales, marketing, and solution teams to develop effective product positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategies.\n\nHelp define ideal customer profiles, target use cases, product differentiation, and commercial opportunities.\n\nDevelop product enablement materials, demonstrations, and training resources that equip customer-facing teams to position and sell solutions effectively.\n\nSupport product launches, customer adoption initiatives, and ongoing commercialization efforts.\n\nCollaborate across teams to ensure products are not only technically successful but also repeatable, marketable, and commercially scalable.\n\nWhat You'll Bring\n7+ years of product management experience preferred, ideally building and scaling B2B software, enterprise SaaS, or customer-facing technology products. Exceptional candidates with fewer years of experience and demonstrated rapid career progression will be considered.\n\nDemonstrated success owning products from initial concept, MVP, or early customer deployments through launch, adoption, and scale.\n\nStrong product management fundamentals, including product discovery, roadmap development, requirements definition, prioritization, and agile execution.\n\nExperience working closely with software engineering teams to deliver complex products and features.\n\nAbility to translate business and customer requirements into detailed product specifications and actionable engineering deliverables.\n\nStrong understanding of software product development, including architecture considerations, scalability, usability, and technical tradeoffs.\n\nHands-on approach to product development, with the ability to create prototypes, articulate product concepts, and collaborate effectively with designers and engineers.\n\nExperience incorporating customer feedback, usage data, and market insights into product decisions.\n\nDemonstrated involvement in product launches, go-to-market planning, sales enablement, and commercialization.\n\nStrong business judgment and ability to balance customer needs, engineering capacity, product quality, and revenue opportunities.\n\nExcellent communication, stakeholder management, and cross-functional leadership skills.\n\nAbility to thrive in an entrepreneurial environment where priorities evolve, teams move quickly, and Product Managers are expected to take ownership beyond traditional role boundaries.\n\nNice to Have\nExperience productizing customer-specific solutions or transforming services-led implementations into repeatable software offerings.\n\nExperience with AI-powered products, generative AI, intelligent automation, or agentic workflows.\n\nFamiliarity with AI-assisted prototyping, rapid development tools, or modern product-building workflows.\n\nExperience developing configurable enterprise applications, workflow products, or automation solutions.\n\nBackground in healthcare technology, provider operations, payer workflows, or healthcare enterprise software.\n\nExperience working in both established technology organizations and high-growth, entrepreneurial product environments.\n\nExperience partnering with enterprise sales organizations to support product adoption and revenue growth.\n\nWhy This Role Matters\nUiPath's Healthcare business is at an exciting inflection point.\nWe've demonstrated that our solutions can deliver value in real customer environments.
