Furthermore, your work will directly impact the scalability, quality, performance, and reliability of our platform, ensuring seamless integration across diverse environments and products\nWhat you'll do at UiPath\nYou will develop robust and reliable components, identify bugs and bottlenecks and devise solutions to address these issues\n\nYou will use your problem-solving skills to develop and build code with performance in mind\n\nYou will use an engineering centric approach to solve complex problems in the document understanding space\n\nYou will work with teams across other locations to innovate and develop best- in-class document understanding solutions\n\nYou will maintain and improve the code quality, organization, and automation, by writing unit tests, integration tests and e2e automations\n\nWhat you'll bring to the team\nProven track record (5+ years experience) of architecting and engineering world-class, large scale commercial applications and services.\n\nProficiency in one or more system level programming languages (C#, Java, Python, Rust etc.) and a willingness to learn new ones\n\nExperience working with cloud ecosystems such as Azure, AWS or GCP\n\nExperience with Docker, Kubernetes or other containerization technologies.\n\nStrong understanding of object-oriented programming and architectural design patterns.\n\nGood grasp of multithreading, synchronization, asynchronous, cloud programming.\n\nDeep understanding of data structures & algorithms.\n\nFamiliar with modern engineering practices, including agile development, CI/CD and DevOps.\n\nAbility work with globally distributed teams.\n\nEffective teamwork, collaboration and communication skills\n\nNice to have:\nProgramming experience with .NET framework, C#\n\nFamiliarity working with documents and using OCR technologies\n\nFamiliarity with Windows Presentation Framework\n\nFull-stack development is good to have\n\nMaybe you don’t tick all the boxes above-but still think you’d be great for the job?
