This is a highly visible individual contributor role for someone who combines deep healthcare operations expertise, exceptional customer leadership, and the ability to shape product direction through real-world implementation experience.\nYou'll embed with executive customer teams, lead enterprise deployments of AI-powered Revenue Cycle solutions, identify repeatable implementation patterns, and influence the evolution of our Healthcare platform. Every deployment should leave both the customer and the product better than before.\nThis is a hybrid role at the intersection of product strategy, customer success, solution architecture, and healthcare transformation. You'll partner closely with Healthcare Solutions Product Managers, Engineering, and executive leadership while serving as one of the faces of UiPath within the provider and payer ecosystem.\nWhat You'll Do\nStrategic Customer Leadership\nServe as the executive deployment lead for UiPath's largest healthcare customers.\n\nBuild trusted relationships with CIOs, CFOs, Chief Digital Officers, CMIOs, Revenue Cycle executives, and operational leadership.\n\nHelp customers define long-term automation strategies-not simply implement individual workflows.\n\nTranslate complex organizational challenges into scalable AI-powered healthcare solutions.\n\nLead Complex Enterprise Deployments\nOwn end-to-end deployment strategy for enterprise healthcare implementations.\n\nLead discovery across clinical, operational, financial, and technology stakeholders.\n\nDesign implementation roadmaps spanning multiple hospitals, service lines, or payer organizations.\n\nResolve ambiguous business problems by balancing customer needs, technical constraints, and product capabilities.\n\nCreate Repeatable Solutions\nIdentify patterns across deployments and transform them into reusable implementation methodologies.\n\nBuild deployment playbooks, best practices, templates, and reference architectures.\n\nStandardize successful customer implementations to accelerate future deployments.\n\nDrive consistency across the Healthcare Vertical Solutions organization.\n\nShape the Product\nAct as the primary voice of the customer within Product and Engineering.\n\nInfluence product roadmap decisions using evidence gathered from enterprise deployments.\n\nValidate new product concepts with customers before broad release.\n\nHelp prioritize investments based on market demand and deployment experience.\n\nDrive Industry Thought Leadership\nDevelop perspectives on the future of AI-powered Revenue Cycle automation.\n\nRepresent UiPath at customer executive briefings, conferences, advisory boards, and industry events.\n\nMentor other Deployment Strategists through coaching and technical leadership.\n\nHelp establish UiPath as the market leader in Healthcare AI automation.\n\nWhat You'll Bring\nRequired Qualifications\n10+ years of experience in Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management, healthcare technology, consulting, or enterprise software.\n\nDeep expertise across Revenue Cycle processes including:\nDenials Management\n\nPrior Authorization\n\nClaims Submission\n\nRevenue Integrity\n\nReferral Management\n\nCharge Capture\n\nAppeals\n\nPayer Operations\n\nExtensive experience leading enterprise software implementations inside health systems or payer organizations.\n\nDemonstrated success owning highly complex customer engagements from discovery through scaled deployment.\n\nExecutive presence with the ability to advise senior healthcare leaders on operational transformation.\n\nStrong understanding of healthcare interoperability standards including HL7, FHIR, HIPAA, and CMS regulations.\n\nExperience balancing customer outcomes with product strategy and long-term platform scalability.\n\nExceptional communication, facilitation, and organizational leadership skills.\n\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience implementing AI-powered healthcare solutions.\n\nExperience with enterprise automation platforms (UiPath, Microsoft Power Platform, ServiceNow, Salesforce, etc.).\n\nExperience partnering directly with Product Management and Engineering organizations.\n\nConsulting experience leading healthcare transformation initiatives.\n\nExperience developing repeatable deployment methodologies across multiple enterprise customers.\n\nWhat Makes Someone Successful\nThe ideal candidate is more than an implementation leader-they are a strategic builder who continuously improves both the customer experience and the product itself.\nSuccessful Principal Deployment Strategists:\nSee patterns where others see one-off customer requests.\n\nBuild scalable solutions instead of custom fixes.\n\nInfluence executives through credibility rather than authority.\n\nThrive in ambiguity and move quickly from idea to implementation.\n\nBalance strategic thinking with hands-on execution.\n\nRaise the bar for the entire deployment organization through mentorship, frameworks, and thought leadership.\n\nMaybe you don’t tick all the boxes above-but still think you’d be great for the job?
