Orchestrator also acts as an integration hub for third-party systems and enterprise applications, enabling scalable and secure automation.\nAs a Software Engineer, you will play a key role in enhancing access control mechanisms, managing automations and their associated metadata, and contributing to the development of core functionalities and scalable infrastructure that power Orchestrator.\nWhat you'll do at UiPath\nDesign, build, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable code\n\nEnsure the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications\n\nIdentify bottlenecks and bugs, and devise solutions to mitigate and address these issues\n\nCollaborate with teams across UiPath to design and engineer areas of our product and services\n\nHelp establish effective and agile engineering practices.\n\nIdentify bottlenecks and bugs, devise solutions to mitigate and address these issues\n\nHelp maintain code quality, organization, and automation\n\nWhat you'll bring to the team\n4+ years of experience in a software engineering role, using one or more high level programming languages (C#, Java, etc.)\n\nProficient in at least one programming language and its ecosystem\n\nExperience working with Cloud Systems (Azure preferred, AWS, GCP)\n\nStrong grasp of object-oriented programming and architectural design patterns\n\nVery good grasp of multithreading, synchronization, TPL, asynchronous programming\n\nDeep understanding of data structures (list, vector, stack, heap), algorithms (sort, search, etc.), and associated time/memory complexity\n\nBroad understanding of their role and function within the overall business strategy, helping drive decision making on projects\n\nExperience working with globally distributed teams, planning feature development, designing system components, and building engineering roadmap\n\nNice to have\nHands-on experience with C# or related frameworks is a plus\n\nMaybe you don’t tick all the boxes above-but still think you’d be great for the job?
