You, as a Solution Consultant, must possess a winning combination of business and technical skills, with the ability to present and demonstrate our solutions to a broad spectrum of audiences while building strong relationships throughout the entire sales cycle.\nThis role is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia and will eventually require some travel.\nWhat you'll do at UiPath\nProactively support end-to-end sales activities and create strong value propositions.\n\nUndertake thorough analysis of our customers business requirements to identify potential opportunities.\n\nDemonstrate ability to transform strategic business challenges to UiPath capabilities.\n\nArticulate high level solutions to fit client needs and environment during a deal process.\n\nLearn the benefits of new and exciting technologies and how to integrate with UiPath.\n\nDrive end-user adoption of UiPath products through events, seminars, webinars, technical training, and other activities as appropriate.\n\nWork closely with the Customer delivery leads and Professional Services teams to make solutions a reality for the customer.\n\nSupport Marketing initiatives through evangelism activities, including writing blogs, speaking in UiPath marketing events/webinars and other industry events.\n\nContribute to clients’ business objectives by offering an industry-relevant perspective on markets and industries.\n\nLead technical engagements across the sales process.\n\nBe able to work on multiple opportunities and understand how to prioritize.\n\nKeep up to date with technology, industry changes and changes to the Presales community.\n\nInnovative approach to creating solutions.\n\nWhat you'll bring to the team\nExperience in a customer-facing, account management or strategic consulting organization.\n\nTechnical background with hands on experience in digital technologies.\n\nResults-oriented and outcome-based mindset.\n\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills.\n\nStrong analytical skills and problem-solving mindset.\n\nSelf-motivated, proactive approach with innovative ideas to inspire customer loyalty and adoption.\n\nStrong communication and interpersonal skills with proven experience building strong internal and external relationships.\n\nDiplomacy, tact, and poise under pressure when working through customer issues.\n\nTeam player attitude with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.\n\nFluent written and spoken English & Arabic is a mandatory.\n\nPrevious experience working with UiPath, or another automation platforms is an advantage.\n\nPrevious experience working on Test Automation tools is an advantage.\n\nMaybe you don’t tick all the boxes above-but still think you’d be great for the job?
