In this role, you will blend both technical expertise and business acumen to support the sales process from start to finish. Your primary responsibility will be to identify and understand customer pain points, translating them into tailored, value-driven solutions. Your ability to bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions will be crucial in delivering exceptional results for our customers.\nWhat you'll do at UiPath\nFor the client:\nParticipate in account strategy planning with the Sales team\n\nWork closely with the Sales team to qualify opportunities and prioritize accordingly\n\nLead end-to-end Presales activities & create strong value propositions\n\nPerform tailored, high-level demos demonstrating business value\n\nEnsure delivery of strong Rfx’s, contextualized demos and powerful PoV’s\n\nDesign solutions to fit client needs and environment during the sales process\n\nResolve client concerns around technical capabilities, information security, and platform architecture during the sales process\n\nBe an evangelist of UiPath solutions by identifying customer needs and showcasing the best solution\n\nDevelop solution architectures for customers for secure on-prem, hybrid, and public cloud implementations of the UiPath platform\n\nFor UiPath:\nParticipate in knowledge sharing inside and outside of the Presales team\n\nBuild solutions for different industry verticals\n\nSupport Marketing initiatives through evangelism activities, including writing blogs, speaking at UiPath events and other industry events\n\nWork closely with Product teams for improvement of functionalities and adding external technologies to the UiPath ecosystem\n\nEngage in product release cycles to promote new releases and provide feedback on the product roadmap\n\nWhat you'll bring to the team\nDemonstrable track record in a client-facing Presales/Sales Engineering/Solution Architect position.\n\nGood balance of technical, business and sales skills.\n\nStrong communication, discovery and interpersonal skills with proven experience, building strong internal and external relationships.\n\nExperience in process discovery, process mining, process orchestration, automation solutions and AI technologies like LLMs and agents.\n\nSolid understanding of Business Process Orchestration\n\nUiPath platform knowledge is a plus.\n\nDriven approach with a solution selling mindset.\n\nSelf-motivated, proactive approach with innovative ideas to inspire customer loyalty and adoption.\n\nTeam player attitude with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.\n\nThe ability to work in harmony with our values; Humble, Bold, Immersed, and Fast\n\nWilling to travel.\n\nFluent in English and French\n\nMaybe you don’t tick all the boxes above-but still think you’d be great for the job?
