We are seeking an experienced Senior Solution Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will blend both technical expertise and business acumen to support the sales process from start to finish. Your primary responsibility will be to identify and understand customer pain points, translating them into tailored, value-driven solutions. Your ability to bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions will be crucial in delivering exceptional results for our customers.

What you'll do at UiPath

For the client:

• Participate in account strategy planning with the Sales team

• Work closely with the Sales team to qualify opportunities and prioritize accordingly

• Lead end-to-end Presales activities & create strong value propositions

• Perform tailored, high-level demos demonstrating business value

• Ensure delivery of strong Rfx’s, contextualized demos and powerful PoV’s

• Design solutions to fit client needs and environment during the sales process

• Resolve client concerns around technical capabilities, information security, and platform architecture during the sales process

• Be an evangelist of UiPath solutions by identifying customer needs and showcasing the best solution

• Develop solution architectures for customers for secure on-prem, hybrid, and public cloud implementations of the UiPath platform

For UiPath:

• Participate in knowledge sharing inside and outside of the Presales team

• Build solutions for different industry verticals

• Support Marketing initiatives through evangelism activities, including writing blogs, speaking at UiPath events and other industry events

• Work closely with Product teams for improvement of functionalities and adding external technologies to the UiPath ecosystem

• Engage in product release cycles to promote new releases and provide feedback on the product roadmap

What you'll bring to the team

• Demonstrable track record in a client-facing Presales/Sales Engineering/Solution Architect position.

• Good balance of technical, business and sales skills.

• Strong communication, discovery and interpersonal skills with proven experience, building strong internal and external relationships.

• Experience in process discovery, process mining, process orchestration, automation solutions and AI technologies like LLMs and agents.

• Solid understanding of Business Process Orchestration

• SAP knowledge is a plus.

• UiPath platform knowledge is a plus.

• Driven approach with a solution selling mindset.

• Self-motivated, proactive approach with innovative ideas to inspire customer loyalty and adoption.

• Team player attitude with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

• The ability to work in harmony with our values; Humble, Bold, Immersed, and Fast

• Willing to travel.

• Fluent in English and French #LI-CS1
