You will be part of a group of elite Developers in UiPath Professional Services and will lead a team of Automation developers.\nWhat you'll do at UiPath\nDesign, code and test automation workflows using UiPath Automation Platform.\n\nDevelop a stable/reusable and scalable Automation solution design using UiPath.\n\nDecide on the development methodologies and best practices.\n\nVerifying and leveraging appropriate UiPath components from UiPath Product Suite.\n\nProvide solution designs to customers throughout the deployment of new deals, during POCs (Proof of Concept) and project implementation phase.\n\nOversee the development of the automation projects and components according to the solution design and requirements.\n\nOversee the testing, deployment, hyper care, and monitoring stages.\n\nReview the crucial pieces of code and facilitate knowledge transfer in the project team.\n\nDevelop workflows and custom activities using C#/.NET, with Python for custom coded workflows.\n\nDesign and deliver agentic automation solutions using UiPath Agent Builder, Maestro (agentic orchestration), and Autopilot.\n\nLeverage AI-assisted development tools such as Claude Code, Claude Cowork, and OpenAI Codex to accelerate solution design, development, code reviews, and documentation.\n\nResponsible for the overall testing cycles\n\nDeliver technical training, demos, and blueprints and provide necessary support for new/existing clients.\n\nMentor budding Developers and Architects.\n\nWhat you'll bring to the team\nGraduate/Postgraduate in Computer Science/IT or equivalent Degree.\n\n10+ years of experience in the IT industry with code development background.\n\nMinimum of 4 years of experience in developing and implementing automation workflows in UiPath.\n\nExperience leading a Team is a Plus.\n\nStrong technical skills on UiPath, and end to end UiPath Product Suite.\n\nUnderstanding of workflow-based logic and hands on experience with RE-framework,\n\nOrchestration Framework and DU (Document Understanding) Framework.\n\nWorking knowledge of UiPath IXP / Document Understanding, Computer Vision, and Action Center\n\nExperience working with Mainframe Automation, SAP Automation or Citrix Automation is a plus.\n\nExperience working with other RPA tools is a plus.\n\nUiPath Automation Solution Architect Professional certified are preferred.\n\nExcellent communication skills are a must.\n\nStrong programming/scripting knowledge in C#, Python, or JavaScript/TypeScript is a must\n\nKnowledge in cognitive automation with OCR (Optical Character Recognition) tools, AI/ML skills is a plus.\n\nUnderstanding UiPath Infrastructure requirements is a plus.\n\nExperience Working with Test Suite, Apps, Insights is a plus.\n\nHands-on understanding of Generative AI and UiPath agentic automation - Agent Builder, Maestro (agentic orchestration), Autopilot, AI Trust Layer, and Context Grounding.\n\nHands-on experience with AI coding assistants such as Claude Code, Claude Cowork, OpenAI Codex, or GitHub Copilot is a plus.\n\nFamiliarity with LLM APIs (Anthropic Claude, OpenAI, Azure OpenAI), prompt engineering, and agent frameworks / Model Context Protocol (MCP) is a plus.\n\nUnderstanding of Cloud services like Azure/AWS/GCP is a plus\n\nMaybe you don’t tick all the boxes above-but still think you’d be great for the job?
