UiPath is a Romanian-founded American company started in Bucharest in 2005 that became the leading vendor of robotic process automation, software robots that operate other applications through their user interfaces to automate work no integration existed for. Having grown enormously on that premise, it has spent recent years absorbing the fact that language models can do parts of the same job differently, and has rebuilt its platform around agentic automation that combines deterministic robots with model-driven agents. Headquartered in New York and listed on the New York Stock Exchange, it retains one of the largest installed automation estates in the enterprise market.

Life at UiPath

The people at UiPath believe in the transformative power of automation to change how the world works. We’re committed to creating category-leading enterprise software that unleashes that power.

Could that be you?

Your mission

  • Own the full lifecycle of RPA/Agentic and custom solutions and programs from presales to order, initiation to handover.

  • Ensure client and internal stakeholders are managed effectively and updated on progress with risks, dependencies and issues managed with risk registry and mitigated.

  • Ensure all documentation and deliverables, including hands-on where necessary, are fit for purpose, follow UiPath recommended standards and of consistently high quality across engagements.

  • Conduct internal and client-facing program/project status meetings and present such reports as required including progress against plan, billings, resource utilization, service credits drawdown and incurred costs.

  • Provide weekly status summary of all programs and projects assigned and escalate to management as needed.

  • Drive client references and document case studies including identifying and sharing new uses for UiPath.

  • Collaborate and communicate with cross functional teams and internal stakeholders, including Account Execs, Customer Success and Sales Engineering teams.

  • Experience leading multiple customer-facing projects or programs simultanesouly.

  • Experience in various agile, waterfall, SDLC, hybrid methodologies and continuous integration.

  • High attention to detail and proven ability to manage and deliver on multiple, competing, and conflicting priorities simultaneously.
