In this role, you will work closely with various stakeholders to ensure smooth operations and timely project delivery. Working under our Design department, you will coordinate with our Taipei design, Clients, subcontractors, and other design firms alike, to coordinate and incorporate designs to be implanted into filed for constructions.\nEssential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.\nProvide project support in organizing and managing construction projects, including design files and any other deliverables.\nMaintain relevant project documentation, which may include design change logs, model sign-off, as well as any other documentation needed for BIM and design coordination.\nCoordinate with clients, design partners, construction partners and potentially city officials on design and construction related items as it pertains to BIM and design, which can include but is not limited to clash detection, model fly throughs and file navigation.\nCoordinate with the US construction team on the current site conditions and communicate with UIS Taiwan design team as well as other design teams to meet requests and expectations.\nCreate and update records ensuring accuracy and validity of information. \nSchedule and plan meetings and appointments, if needed with clients, construction teams and other relevant teams. \nPerform quality control on BIM deliverables and ensure they are compliant with current BIM standard operating procedures as well as BIM execution plans.\nCoordinate with other departments to ensure compliant and accurate design and construction models.\nAssist in developing models and provide other design assistance using different design tools as needed\nMaintain trusting relationships with subcontractors, vendors, and other external stakeholders. Ensure clear and timely communication with stakeholders.\nAssist leadership with administrative tasks such as uploading and maintaining files and folders in a cloud or file medium.\nOther responsibilities as assigned.\nQualifications:\nThe requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. \nEducation/Experience:\nHigh School Diploma/GED required.\nBachelor’s degree in Virtual Design & Construction, Construction Management, Business Admin, Engineering, Architecture or a related field.\nMinimum 1-2+ years of experience in design coordination, preferably withing semiconductor cleanroom construction environment.\nMinimum of 1 year of hands-on experience with Revit.\nSkills and Competencies:\nStrong understanding of construction methods. practices, and safety regulations, along with the designs of each discipline within the semiconductor industry.\nExperience with Revit and Navisworks specifically as well as clash detection and resolution\nProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite products (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, Teams).\nAbility to use commonly used engineering software, such as AutoCAD, Primavera, or others.\nExcellent organizational and time management skills.\nHigh level of attention to detail, and highly organized.\nAbility to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.\nAbility to effectively prioritize responsibilities depending on project needs. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers and employees.\nAbility to develop and maintain successful relationships with all levels of employees, clients, and subcontractors.\nMust be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines while maintaining a professional attitude.\nAbility to work independently and in a team setting.\nAbility to work in a construction site environment (trailer office).\nLanguage Proficiency:\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills in English.\nAbility to communicate in Mandarin is a plus.\nNice to have:\nStart-up experience, in construction preferred.\nVerbal communication skills in Mandarin.\nPMP, CAPM, or other relevant certifications.\nAdditional Requirements:\nMust have and maintain a valid driver’s license.
