Other duties may be assigned.\nAssist in the supplier selection process for products and services used by the company.\nIdentify and develop sourcing strategies to deliver cost savings.\nConduct analysis and prepare reports on supplier performance metrics, conduct benchmarking studies, and track overall spending.\nEnsure compliance with all regulatory requirements, policies, and procedures.\nEstablish a goal setting process with suppliers to improve overall performance, processes, and information flow.\nEnsure required product certificates, warranty, and other documents are provided to stakeholders.\nWork closely with the finance team on project cost management, month end accruals, AP and PO questions including issue resolution.\nPurchase general and specialized equipment, materials, and repair services for assigned projects.\nInvite tenders, consult with suppliers, and review quotations.\nMonitor market changes for any potential impact of overall project cost.\nOther responsibilities as assigned.\nQualifications: \nThe requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. \nEducation/Experience:\nHigh School Diploma or above.Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.\n\n2+ years of experience in procurement.\nSkills and Competencies:\nGood understanding of procurement processes.\nFamiliarity with overall supply chain procedures, construction specific preferred.\nProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite products (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, Teams).\nAbility to use procurement related software, such as ERP systems.\nExcellent organizational and time management skills.\nHigh level of attention to detail, and highly organized.\nIndependent and self-motivated with experience managing within a distributed office environment.\nAbility to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.\nAbility to effectively prioritize responsibilities depending on project needs. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers and employees.\nAbility to develop and maintain successful relationships with all levels of employees, clients, and subcontractors.\nMust be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines while maintaining a professional attitude.\nAbility to work in a construction site environment (trailer office).\nLanguage Proficiency:\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills in English.\nAbility to communicate in Mandarin desired\nNice to have: \nStart-up experience.\nSemiconductor construction experience.\nInternational work experience, a plus.\n Additional Requirements:\nMust have and maintain a valid Arizona driver’s license.
