In this role, you will monitor site access, assist with basic site maintenance, ensure compliance with safety regulations, and support the construction team with daily operations. Other duties may be assigned.\nLead and manage of team of construction laborers and material handlers on site.\nEnsure that tools and equipment are stored properly at the end of each day.\nOversee the setup and breakdown of temporary structures such as tents, fencing, and barriers.\nMonitor site access to ensure that only authorized personnel enter the construction site. Report any suspicious activities or security concerns to the site manager immediately.\nEnsure that safety signs, barriers, and protective equipment are in place and in good condition.\nConduct regular inspections of the site to identify potential safety hazards.\nSupport the enforcement of safety protocols and procedures among site personnel.\nAssist construction workers with basic tasks as needed, such as moving materials and equipment, loading and unloading of materials, deliveries to construction locations etc.\nMaintain records of site activities, including deliveries, visitor logs, safety inspections, delays, damages and fuel logs etc.\nReport any incidents, accidents, or safety violations to the site manager.\nProvide daily reports to the site manager on site conditions and any issues that arise.\nOther responsibilities as assigned.\nQualifications:\nThe requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. \nEducation/Experience:\nHigh School Diploma/GED.\n5+ years of experience in construction environment.\n1+ years of supervisory experience.\nSkills and Competencies:\nStrong understanding of construction site operation and safety practices.\nAbility to use hand tools and equipment.\nProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite products (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, Teams).\nAbility to review and understand construction drawings and terminology. \nExcellent organizational and time management skills.\nHigh level of attention to detail, and highly organized.\nAbility to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.\nAbility to follow instructions and work independently with minimal supervision.\nAbility to effectively prioritize responsibilities depending on project needs. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers and employees.\nAbility to develop and maintain successful relationships with all levels of employees, clients, and subcontractors.\nMust be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines while maintaining a professional attitude.\nAbility to work in a construction site environment outdoors and in trailer office. \nAbility to work extended periods of exposure to outside conditions, combined with working with a computer. (standing, walking and driving)\nLanguage Proficiency:\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills in English.\nAdditional Requirements:\nMust have and maintain a valid Arizona driver’s license.
