The ideal candidate should have a clean driving record, a strong commitment to safety, and excellent customer service skills.\nNon CDL Driver Duties and Responsibilities\nTransport goods and materials from the company's warehouse or distribution center to various destinations, ensuring timely and accurate deliveries.\nPerform routine maintenance on the company vehicle and maintain an organized and clean interior.\nAssist with loading and unloading goods, ensuring proper securing and handling of items to prevent damage during transit.\nMaintain accurate records of deliveries.\nPlan efficient delivery routes to maximize productivity and minimize fuel consumption and delivery time.\nMaintain effective communication with dispatchers and supervisors, reporting any delays, issues, or incidents promptly.\nFollow all safety protocols and procedures and adhere to all traffic laws and regulations.\nBe prepared to work flexible hours and handle various types of cargo, including fragile material if required.\nQualifications:\nThe requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. \n Education/Experience\nHigh school diploma or equivalent.\nValid driver's license (non-CDL).\nClean driving record with no recent accidents or traffic violations.\nStrong commitment to safety.\nExcellent knowledge of local traffic patterns and routes.\nPhysical fitness and the ability to lift and move heavy packages, as needed.\nEffective written and verbal communication skills.\nWillingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, if required.\nPrevious experience as a driver or delivery driver is a plus but not mandatory.\nLanguage Proficiency:\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills in English.\n Additional Requirements:\nMust have and maintain a valid Arizona driver’s license.
