CPR/First Aid/AED certified a plus\nProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite products (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, Teams).\nAbility to use engineering software, such as AutoCAD, Primavera, or others.\nAbility to learn new job skills by engaging in the technical aspects of the job and applying new skills as they are taught or through on the job experience\nExcellent organizational and time management skills.\nHigh level of attention to detail, and highly organized.\nAbility to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.\nAbility to effectively prioritize responsibilities depending on project needs. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, and employees.\nAbility to develop and maintain successful relationships with all levels of employees, clients, and subcontractors.\nMust be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines while maintaining a professional attitude.\nAbility to work in a construction site environment (trailer office).\nLanguage Proficiency:\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills in English.\nAbility to communicate in Mandarin, preferred.\nNice to have:\nVerbal communication skills in Mandarin.\nCPR/First Aid/AED certified, a plus.\nAdditional Requirements:\nMust have and maintain a valid Arizona driver’s license.
