We’re looking for a Software Developer who enjoys working with different technologies, has experience with legacy systems, and is open to learning new tools and approaches. \n\nThis is not a traditional software development role and does not involve writing code. Engineer who can think beyond a single tech stack and is comfortable taking on different types of tasks. You'll basically get paid to break AI and help make it better at writing code.\n\nRequirements\n\n3-4 years of hands-on experience as a Software Developer on commercial projects, including B2B SaaS systems and data-heavy applications.\n\nUse AI tools (AI agents, Claude Code, Cursor, Codex or similar) in daily workflow.\n\nExperience working with existing codebases and unfamiliar repositories\n\nStrong experience with Node.js\n\nStrong knowledge of JavaScript / TypeScript\n\nExperience with backend frameworks such as Express.js or NestJS or Fastify\n\nGood understanding of REST API and backend architecture\n\nComfortable working with legacy codebases, learning unfamiliar technologies, and switching between different tech stacks depending on project needs.\n\nAbility to independently analyze code and identify bugs or inconsistencies\n\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills\n\nUpper-Intermediate English (B2)\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\nWork with Frontier Labs, producing training data to train Al models.\n\nEvaluate AI-generated code, technical solutions, and engineering approaches.\n\nIdentify bugs, incorrect assumptions, architectural issues, and weak reasoning in AI responses.\n\nTest and evaluate agentic coding models designed to perform complex engineering tasks at a senior developer level.\n\nCompare AI-generated solutions against senior engineering standards and best practices.\n\nBonus\n\nComputer Science or related education.\n\nWilling to try and learn different backend technologies, including C#,, Ruby, .NET, Python, PHP, Node.js, Go, and Java, even if you haven't worked with them before.\n\nStrong understanding of algorithms and data structures.\n\nPlease note that, due to the specific requirements of the project, we
