Your role will focus on reviewing AI-generated solutions, finding mistakes, and uncovering reasoning gaps.\n\nResponsibilities\n\nEvaluate AI-generated code, technical solutions, and engineering approaches.\n\nIdentify bugs, incorrect assumptions, architectural issues, and weak reasoning in AI responses.\n\nTest and evaluate agentic coding models designed to perform complex engineering tasks at a senior developer level.\n\nCompare AI-generated solutions against senior engineering standards and best practices.\n\nRequirements\n\nAt least 3-6 years of commercial experience developing Python backend\n\nStrong experience with Django.\n\nUse AI tools (AI agents, Claude Code, Cursor, Codex or similar) in daily workflow.\n\nExperience working with existing codebases and unfamiliar repositories.\n\nGood understanding of REST API and backend architecture.\n\nStrong SQLAlchemy / PostgreSQL skills (complex queries, ORM patterns, performance).\n\nExperience writing unit tests using Pytest or similar frameworks.\n\nExperience with Docker and Docker Compose. \n\nAbility to independently analyze code and identify bugs or inconsistencies.\n\nUpper-Intermediate English (B2).\n\nBonus points\n\nExperience integrating with 3rd party APIs (REST API, or webhooks etc).\n\nExperience with Pydantic model, Postgres SQL DB, AWS, Any data processing skills.\n\nComputer Science or related education.
