The role will lead security transformation projects from business case development through implementation, testing, production deployment, and operational handover while ensuring alignment with business, regulatory, and security objectives.\n\nKey Responsibilities :\n\n- Manage the complete lifecycle of cybersecurity implementation projects.\n\n- Drive deployment of security technologies including IAM, PAM, SIEM, SOAR, XDR, DLP, DAM, WAF, CSPM, and Vulnerability Management solutions.\n\n- Develop project plans, governance frameworks, budgets, milestones, risk registers, and status reporting.\n\n- Coordinate with business, technology, security, audit, compliance, procurement, and external vendors.\n\n- Track budgets, procurement activities, project risks, vendor deliverables, and implementation timelines.\n\n- Lead UAT, governance reviews, change management, and production readiness activities.\n\n- Ensure compliance with RBI guidelines, audit requirements, information security policies, and project governance standards.\n\n- Drive process improvements, implementation efficiencies, and project delivery excellence.\n\nDesired Candidate Profile :\n\n- BE/B.Tech/MCA/MSc in IT, Cyber Security, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related discipline.\n\n- 10 - 12 years of experience in cybersecurity project delivery, security operations, technology risk, or security implementation programs.\n\n- Proven experience managing complex cybersecurity implementations within BFSI organizations.\n\n- Strong understanding of security technologies, governance frameworks, vendor management, and regulatory compliance.\n\n- Expertise in project planning, budgeting, stakeholder management, risk tracking, and PMO reporting.\n\n- Preferred certifications: PMP, PRINCE2, CISSP, CISM, CISA, CRISC, ISO 27001, PCI-DSS, or equivalent.\n\n- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management capabilities.\n\nSkills\nCyber Security, Project Management, Identity Management, Security, Project Methodologies, Project Manager -
