collaboratively to achieve the best outcomes for our clients.\nKey Responsibilities\nPrepare meals in line with menus agreed with the Centre Manager, offering varied options including vegetarian.\nCater for religious, cultural, and therapeutic dietary requirements as advised by healthcare or dietetic staff.\nPresent meals in a wholesome and appetising way.\nMaintain excellent food hygiene standards and ensure compliance with Health & Safety regulations.\nReport any hazards, faulty appliances, or damaged equipment promptly.\nSupport therapeutic responsibilities, encouraging residents to take part in setting/clearing tables and washing up.\nWork collaboratively within the team, maintaining clear communication with colleagues and residents.\nTake part in training and development programmes as required.\nRequirements\nPrevious experience working as a chef.\nLevel 2 Food Hygiene qualification.\nAbility to plan and prepare nutritious, well-balanced meals, adapting to different dietary needs.\nKnowledge of food hygiene and kitchen safety procedures.\nOrganisational skills to manage menus and meal preparation efficiently.\nStrong communication and teamwork skills,
