The Technical Consulting Manager ensures all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards while maintaining strong client relationships and supporting business growth.\nKey Responsibilities\nLead, develop and manage a team of Technical Consultancy Engineers and technical specialists, creating a high-performing and customer-focused culture.\nOversee the successful delivery of compliance survey programmes, ensuring quality, consistency, efficiency and regulatory compliance.\nManage multiple client projects from planning through to completion, ensuring deliverables are achieved on time and within scope.\nProvide technical oversight and quality assurance of survey outputs, reports and recommendations.\nAct as the primary client contact, presenting findings, advising on compliance risks and building strong stakeholder relationships.\nMonitor resources, workloads and project performance, identifying risks and driving continuous improvement.\nSupport business growth by identifying opportunities to enhance services and strengthen client partnerships.\nLocation and working hours\nFull-time position (37.5 hours per week).\nOffice location: Moorgate, London (WeWork) with flexibility to work from home as agreed with line manager.\nKey Skills and Experience\nEssential\nExperience managing technical consulting teams and client-facing projects.\nDemonstrable experience overseeing compliance surveys, audits, inspections, or technical assessment programmes.\nExcellent report & pricing review, quality assurance, and analytical skills.\nStrong stakeholder management and client advisory capabilities, with the ability to communicate complex technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences.\nDesirable\nStrong organisational, project management and operational delivery experience.\nExperience managing multiple concurrent projects and priorities.\nProfessional qualification in a relevant technical, engineering, compliance, or consultancy discipline.\nExperience within regulated environments.\nBenefits:\nSalary:Competitive salary based on knowledge, skills and experience\nBonus: Enrolment on the company’s management discretionary bonus scheme, with the potential to ear 10% of your annual salary.\nHoliday Allowance:26 days of holiday per year (including birthday leave) plus English bank and public holidays, plus an additional day of Birthday leave.\nPension Scheme:Employer pension contribution matched at 4%.\nEmployee Assistance Programme (EAP):Free, confidential support available for personal and professional challenges.\nCorporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Programme:\"DO RIGHT WITH INSITE\" provides up to 2 paid days off per year for volunteering with company-led initiatives.
