Because at UKG, your work matters-and so do you. \n\nSenior Project Manager - UKG Pro Implementations\nUKG is looking for a customer-focused Project Manager to lead implementations of UKG Pro Suite customers. In this role, you'll manage multiple implementation projects, partner with customers and internal teams, and help ensure successful, on-time deployments while delivering an exceptional customer experience.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\nLead multiple customer implementation projects from kickoff through go-live.\nDevelop and manage project plans, timelines, scope, and resource needs.\nIdentify and resolve project risks, issues, and roadblocks.\nSet clear customer expectations and communicate project progress regularly.\nManage scope changes and keep projects on track.\nFacilitate meetings with customers and internal teams.\nEnsure project deliverables meet quality standards and timelines.\nHold project teams and customers accountable for key milestones and commitments.\nNavigate challenging situations with professionalism and confidence.\n\nBasic Qualifications:\n3+ years of project management experience, preferably in Human Capital Management (HCM).\nExperience managing projects with cross-functional or virtual teams.\nExperience working with complex customer implementations.\n\nPreferred Qualifications:\nSaaS implementation experience is a plus.\nProven ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously.\nStrong leadership, communication, and customer consulting skills.\nAbility to build relationships with customer executives.\nStrong decision-making, organization, and prioritization skills.\nKnowledge of HR, payroll, and benefits processes.\nComfortable working in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.\nExperience managing project risks, negotiations, and escalations.\n\nCompany Overview: \nUKG is the Workforce Operating Platform that puts workforce understanding to work. The actual base pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge and work location.
