Ukraine2EU is launching an Intelligence Hub - an ambitious initiative designed to consolidate and analyse public perceptions of Ukraine’s EU accession both domestically and across the EU. This Hub will support Ukrainian institutions and decision makers with evidence and analysis to inform strategic decision-making, policy, and communication. We are now looking for a manager/analyst to lead the Ukrainian analytics component of the Hub.

About the role

The Senior Analytics Manager for Ukrainian Component will be responsible for designing, coordinating, and overseeing the Hub’s analytical work within Ukraine. You will lead efforts to track and analyse public opinion, narratives, and trends related to EU accession, ensuring that insights are comprehensive, segmented, and up-to-date. You will manage and engage with surveys, media monitoring, and stakeholder engagement, and ensure that findings are translated into actionable recommendations for ministries, embassies, donors, civil society, and media.

The Ukrainian dimension of the Hub is critical to understanding how Ukrainians perceive EU accession. By providing evidence-based analysis, you will help institutions and partners strengthen communication, identify risks, and build public support for the accession process.

What we are looking for

We are looking for a Ukrainian candidate who:

• Has strong expertise in quantitative and qualitative research methods, including survey design and analysis.
• Understands public opinion dynamics in Ukraine and their relevance to EU accession.
• Has experience in media and social media monitoring, and can identify emerging narratives and trends.
• Possesses excellent analytical and communication skills, with the ability to transform complex findings into clear insights for policy and advocacy.
• Has experience managing research projects and coordinating with multiple stakeholders.
• Is fluent in Ukrainian and English.
• Holds at least a master’s degree in sociology, political science, international relations, strategic communication, or a comparable field.
• Is proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint, as well as other modern digital tools for data analysis and visualisation, media and social media monitoring, and the preparation of analytical materials.

Location

• Kyiv, Ukraine (hybrid working arrangements may be available).
