Business Development Specialist

Job responsibilities:

• Conduct China TIC industry, market and competitive analysis and report findings
• Perform financial analyses of position within targeted market and support business planning as needed
• supporting execution on key segment / COU marketing and BD strategies by support initiatives set up by CHK Global Region, G&SA and COUs
• gather appropriate market / field sales and customer feedback and the behavior of our competitions to analyze customer trends so to identify key and strategic growth areas, to provide such market intelligence to Global Region and COUs
• Support CHK global region GM David’s part of work on supporting COUs & other Global Function’s initiative in term of keeping key customer relationship, key strategy execution, involving key sales processes by working closely with G&SA and COU sales team, and participate any strategic actions CHK Global Region needs

Generally 5 years or more related TIC or Industry experience in engineering, sales or business development field

• Strong project planning and management skills
• Strong business acumen and financial analytical skills
• diligent working habit

Abilities preferred

• Be able to understand customer’s technical and scientific challenges in TIC and to translate them into ULS growth opportunities
• be familiar with China main export product industries and manufacturers and their growth trend and traits
• Solid knowledge on go to market knowledge with strong logical analytical evidence

Engineering education background, better electrical or mechanical major
