Integrates basic continuous improvement concepts and techniques into all aspects of the job.\nCommunicates with management and technical staff to provide suggestions for new equipment, processes, and forms to improve accuracy and efficiencies.\n Higher Secondary Education plus three years related experience preferred.\nEffective communication skills and ability to interact with customers.\nProven ability to be innovative and creative.\nDesire to work in a team-oriented environment. \nAbility to use Microsoft Office suite is a must. \nAbility to incorporate automation into day-to-day testing.\nTotal Rewards: We understand compensation is an important factor as you consider the next step in your career . The estimated salary range for this position is $45,000 to $60,000 and is based on multiple factors, including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, geographical location, as well as other factors. This position is eligible for annual bonus compensation with a target payout of 5% of the base salary. This position also provides health benefits such as medical, dental and vision; wellness benefits such as mental and financial health; and retirement savings (401K) commensurate with the standard rewards offered in each individual location or country.
