Provide classification guidance, global regulatory updates, research monitoring, and document management within regulatory databases. Support interpretation of requirements to prepare executive summary reports on changes and their impact to customers and business.\nUnder general supervision and guidance, act as point of contact with customs authorities and UL partners to obtain and maintain necessary knowledge and regulatory requirements to support research and delivery projects. Contribute to identifying new business opportunities by working directly with internal teams and customers to ensure accurate product classification and compliance with international trade regulations.\n Key expert contact for compliance requirements required to access to specific countries and/or programs.\nProvide point-of-access support to address any local acceptance issues.\nTrack regulatory trends and communicate upcoming regulatory changes.\nIdentify business opportunity and translate them in a simple manner to stakeholders from COU.\nCoordinate research/studies including multiple products, regulations, countries independently.\nSupports actions related to GMA business expansion scope, track opportunity and business results from COUs.\nRead and follow the Underwriters Laboratories Code of Conduct and follow all physical and digital security practices.\nPerform other duties as directed.\nMaintain expertise and provide guidance on: HS Code classification principles\nCustoms regulations and trade compliance\nImport/export documentation requirements\n Regional and international trade agreements\n\n Bachelor's Degree required.\nMinimum of 3 years of relevant experience.\nDeep knowledge of the TIC business and the industries in which the business functions.\nAble to connect the regulation rules with customer needs and business opportunities.\nNatural influencing skills, confident and be able to deliver the message.\nAbility to network and build relationship with internal and external stakeholders and lead/facilitate collaboration toward a common goal.\nAble to deal in the ambiguity and take decisions, support customer in understanding their problem and provide valid solutions based on their knowledge schemes and past experiences.\nExperienced and knowledgeable for a certain geographic area, specific areas of regulations.\nExcellent in communication, able to summarize requirements and describe with easy word difficult concept, network builder. \nBachelors Degree Engineering, International Relations, or other specialization based on the specific coverage, preferred.\nWhat we offer:\nWe understand that remuneration and benefits are important when deciding on your next career move. The annual salary range for this position is EUR 31.200 - 41.500 gross, determined by numerous factors, including knowledge, skills, and experience (Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA): Commerce Sector - Job Classification Level: Level 3 ). This position also offers an annual bonus of up to 10% of annual salary.
