certification outcomes.\nPreferred Education / Qualifications\nBachelor's degree in electrical engineering, Electronics Engineering, or related discipline from an accredited university.\n8-10 years of experience in product engineering, design validation, testing, certification, manufacturing, or compliance engineering.\nPrior experience in electrical product testing and certification within a laboratory, certification body, testing organization, or product manufacturing environment.\nExposure to ISO/IEC 17025 accredited laboratory systems is highly desirable.\nExperience with global product certification programs and regulatory compliance requirements preferred.\nKnowledge on UL, CSA, IEC CB Scheme certification and standards like, IEC/EN 60898-1, IEC/EN 61008-1, IEC/EN 61009-1, UL/IEC 60947 Series, UL 8085, UL 1561, IEEE C57.12.00, IEEE C57.12.28 standards, knowledge of IEC CB schemes and global certification would be an added advantage. \nRequired Skills & Abilities\nTechnical Expertise\nStrong knowledge of electrical products, including: Low Voltage Switchgear\nCircuit Breakers\nTransformers\nIndustrial Control Equipment\n\nIn-depth understanding of international standards and certification programs, including: IEC Standards\nEN Standards\nUL Standards\nCSA Standards\nNEMA Standards\nIEC CB Scheme\n\nWorking knowledge of standards such as: UL/IEC 60947 Series\nUL 508\nRelated global product safety and performance
