Systems, or a related discipline.\n7-10+ years of experience in Power Electronics, Product Safety, Testing, Certification, Compliance Engineering, or related technical fields.\nStrong understanding of power electronic products such as UPS, PCS, EV Chargers, Inverters, Converters, or Energy Storage Systems.\nExperience in product testing, certification, conformity assessment, or compliance engineering activities.\nWorking knowledge of international product safety standards and regulatory frameworks such as UL, IEC, BIS, or equivalent standards.\nStrong analytical, technical problem-solving, and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.\nExperience working with testing laboratories, certification organizations, manufacturers, or engineering service providers is preferred.\nFamiliarity with Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS), Lithium-ion battery technologies, or battery safety standards is
