facility compliance.\nServe as the primary regional liaison between local business leaders and Global Facilities Management.\nImplement global facilities standards, policies, and service levels across the region.\nProvide leadership, coaching, and development for regional facilities personnel and contractors.\nOperations & Maintenance\nEnsure reliability and performance of critical building systems, including electrical, mechanical, fire protection, security, and building automation systems.\nDrive preventive and predictive maintenance programs to reduce operational risk and downtime.\nSupport business continuity, emergency preparedness, and resilience initiatives.\nCapital Planning & Project Delivery\nDevelop regional capital plans and infrastructure investment recommendations.\nManage facility improvement, renovation, modernization, and expansion projects.\nCoordinate with the Global Planning & Project Management team to execute capital projects safely, on schedule, and within budget.\nFinancial & Vendor Management\nManage regional operating budgets, forecasts, and financial performance.\nIdentify opportunities for cost reduction, operational efficiencies, and energy savings.\nOversee service providers, contracts, and vendor performance throughout the region.\nCompliance, Safety & Sustainability\nEnsure compliance with applicable regulations, company policies, and facility standards.\nPartner with EHS, Security, and business leaders to address operational risks.\nSupport sustainability, decarbonization, energy management, and environmental initiatives.\n Required Qualifications\nBachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, Business Administration, or a related discipline.\nMinimum 8 years of progressive facilities, engineering, real estate, workplace, or operations management experience.\nMinimum 3 years of leadership experience managing facilities teams, service providers, or multi-site operations.\nDemonstrated experience managing facilities operations across multiple locations and countries.\nStrong knowledge of building systems, including electrical, mechanical, fire protection, life safety, security, and building automation systems.\nExperience managing operating budgets, forecasting, contract administration, and vendor performance.\nProven project management experience involving capital improvements, renovations, infrastructure upgrades, or workplace projects.\nStrong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.\n Demonstrated English language proficiency, including the ability to effectively communicate verbally and in writing with global stakeholders, business leaders, suppliers, and cross-functional teams.\nAbility to operate effectively within a global, matrixed organization.\nWillingness to travel throughout the APAC region as business needs require.\nPreferred Qualifications\nMaster's Degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, Business Administration (MBA), Construction Management, Real Estate, or a related field.\nCertified Facility Manager (CFM) designation from IFMA.\nProject Management Professional (PMP) certification.\nExperience supporting laboratory, testing, manufacturing, research, industrial, or mission-critical facilities environments.\nKnowledge of ISO 41001, ISO 14001, NFPA standards, sustainability programs, and asset management best practices.\nExperience leading facilities operations across multiple APAC countries and cultures.\nExperience implementing service level agreements (SLAs), facility condition assessments (FCA), asset lifecycle planning, and reliability-centered maintenance programs.\nWorking knowledge of CMMS, IWMS, Building Automation Systems (BAS), and data-driven facilities
