You will act as a trusted project management lead for the local market and support business development activities in Poland and across the wider EMEA region.\nThe successful candidate will bring strong expertise in Solar PV and BESS, while also contributing to multi-technology transactions that may include onshore wind projects.\nThis position is based in Warsaw under a hybrid working model.\nAs a member of the Due Diligence team, you manager and execute Independent Engineering and Technical Advisory services to support the financing, sale, or acquisition of renewable energy technologies with focus on solar PV and BESS and ambition to grow towards transactions including other technologies such as onshore wind.\nLead and execute technical due diligence solar PV, and BESS projects, covering site assessments, technology reviews, design evaluations, contract analysis, and financial modeling review among others.\nProduce comprehensive TDD reports, integrating inputs from multi-disciplinary teams and ensuring consistency and high-quality standards across all sections.\nConduct site visits as required compiling reports to assess progress against specifications, budgets, and schedules.\nWork with internal resources, associate project managers, project managers, as well as sub-consultants. Ensure project deliverables stay on time, on target, and on budget.\nSupport on the development of new procedures and processed in the team.\nTimely and efficient completion of high-quality reports.\nServe as primary client interface, attending meetings, fostering relationships, and delivering tailored solutions to meet client needs and supporting the business development team on this regard.\n At least 8 years of experience working in renewable energies including due diligence, development, construction, operations, and M&A transactions\nExpertise in Solar PV and BESS Projects\nLocal expertise on the Polish market and general renewable dynamics\nKnowledge on different battery technologies, markets, revenue mechanisms and use cases would be required\nGood understanding of different battery technology with experience in the review of main related equipment (PCS, BMS, battery cells, etc. as well as other main equipment in the BOS of a BESS Project)\nGood understanding on typical KPIs for solar PV and storage high-level understanding of energy modelling for solar PV projects\nKnowledge on Polish regulation, such as permitting, grid connection processes or electricity markets would be highly considered\nResilient and adaptable team player, capable of managing multiple complex projects under pressure and tight deadlines\nExcellent communication skills, with experience in stakeholder engagement.\nAt least bachelors-level education and core competence in a relevant field, e.g., mechanical, civil or electrical engineering, or environmental engineering\nIdeally, Master in Renewable Energy related aspects\nProficiency in English and Polish\nWhat we offer:\nTotal Rewards: We understand that rewards are an important consideration as you plan the next step in your career.
