Supports hand-off to software customer success resources to ensure adoption.
Read and follow the Underwriters Laboratories Code of Conduct and follow all physical and digital security practices.

Bachelors and/or graduate degree in software engineering or related field.
Proficient in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook), and CRM software. Relevant technical capabilities in software engineering and design architecture.
6+ years of related experience.
Deep knowledge and experience with assigned specialty software products / services.
Business acumen and understanding of business sales processes.
Business level Japanese and English
