You'll be the person who brings all the moving pieces together and helps ensure our clients receive an exceptional experience from kickoff through completion.\nLead client-facing projects from initiation through closure.\nBuild trusted relationships with medical device manufacturers around the world.\nCoordinate consultants, clients, sales teams, and operational stakeholders.\nManage project schedules, milestones, budgets, and deliverables.\nTrack project financial health and billing activities.\nSupport scope management and change requests.\nIdentify risks early and drive solutions.\nFacilitate client meetings and project communications.\nEnsure projects are delivered efficiently and in alignment with client expectations.\nHelp improve internal processes and team operations.\nSupport team members and contribute to cross-functional initiatives that drive project success and continuous improvement.\n Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business, Project Management, Communications, Operations, or a related field.\n3+ years of project management, client services, operations, coordination, administrative leadership, or other experience involving multiple competing priorities and stakeholder management.\nStrong organizational and time management skills with the ability to effectively manage multiple projects, tasks, and deadlines simultaneously.\nDemonstrated ability to work independently, take initiative, and make sound business decisions using available information.\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to build relationships and effectively engage internal and external stakeholders.\nExperience coordinating cross-functional teams and driving action across multiple stakeholders.\nStrong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills, including the ability to identify root causes and develop practical solutions.\nProven ability to proactively follow up on open items and drive projects and tasks to completion.\nStrong organizational skills with the ability to establish effective workflows, track commitments, and maintain project visibility across multiple priorities.\n\nStrong attention to detail while balancing competing priorities and business objectives.\nDemonstrated curiosity and a desire to understand underlying business needs, root causes, and the rationale behind processes, decisions, and project activities.\n\nExperience utilizing business and project management tools such as Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, OneNote), Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, Salesforce, PSA, or similar platforms.\nPMP, CAPM, or other project management certification is a plus, but not required.\nTotal Rewards: We understand compensation is an important factor as you consider the next step in your career. The estimated salary range for this position is $58,000 - $65,000. USD and is based on multiple factors, including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, geographical location, as well as other factors. This position is eligible for annual bonus compensation with a target payout of 5% of the base salary.\nThis position also provides health benefits such as medical, dental and vision; wellness benefits such as mental and financial health; and retirement savings (401K) commensurate with the standard rewards offered in each individual location or country.
