We’re always looking for people to help us explore, experiment and advance ideas that change the way the world works.\nJoin our team as the Associate Sales Process Specialist who will support ULS’ sales professionals in administrative tasks, including: quote generation, order processing and booking, pre- and post-sales support.\n Coordinates pre- and post-sale actions to ensure customers are meeting testing requirements and product or service adoption timelines.\nWorks within standard operating procedures under supervision to develop and share quotes using standardized pricing tools.\nProcess quotes into Orders using our ERP system; regular adapting of orders based on operational needs. \nSupports our sales professionals by performing (included but not limited to) admin-related sales tasks.\nTrack account history and supply data from internal sources as requested by account owners and representatives to facilitate deeper knowledge of accounts and account opportunities.\nBuild an internal UL problem-solving network and proactively engage internal personnel to anticipate problems, improve delivery, and develop solutions that improve ULS’ customer experience.\nMeets established timelines for pre-and post-sales activities presenting a strong customer focus and engagement.\nEnsures that the follow-ups with customers are scheduled and supports the process of turning quotes into orders.#LI-ZK1 #LI-Hybrid\n\n High School/Technical School diploma.\nPreferably 2-5 years of experience in sales-related environment.\nGood command of English language. Arabic proficiency would be nice to have.\nProficient in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook), and good knowledge of CRM software (ideally Salesforce).\nStrong interpersonal skills and ability to build and maintain strong relationships.\nA strong team player who is able to successfully collaborate with the team and stakeholders.\nTotal Rewards: We understand that rewards are an important consideration as you plan the next step in your career. This position is eligible for additional sales incentive with a target payout of 20% of base salary.
