a hybrid position based in our Mexico City office.\n In this role, you will:\nCoordinate and process assigned client work orders in a timely and organized manner.\nSupport client and supplier onboarding activities, including preparing and sending starter kits and quotations.\nReceive, coordinate, and follow up on audit requests from clients.\nMaintain accurate client and project information within internal systems, including the SMETA portal.\nCommunicate with clients across Latin America and North America, responding to inquiries promptly and professionally.\nFollow up on outstanding payments and send payment reminders when required.\nPrepare client status updates and support the development of weekly and recurring reports.\nUse Excel to maintain, organize, and report operational information.\nCollaborate with Operations, Client Relations, Business Support, regional teams, and other internal stakeholders.\nPrepare proposals, report specifications, and other client documentation as needed.\nIdentify issues, coordinate with relevant stakeholders, and support practical solutions.\nFollow UL Solutions' Code of Conduct and applicable physical and digital security practices.\nPerform other related duties as assigned.\n Bachelor's degree in Science or a related discipline.\nProfessional proficiency in English and Spanish, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues verbally and in writing.\nWorking knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, email, and other standard business applications.\nStrong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.\nStrong organizational skills and attention to detail.\nAbility to manage multiple activities and follow-ups in a structured manner.\nProblem-solving skills with the ability to identify issues and propose practical solutions.\nAbility to collaborate effectively with colleagues and stakeholders across different locations and cultures.\nNice to have:\n1-2 years of professional experience in operations, client services, auditing, inspections, compliance, or a related environment.\nPrevious knowledge of or exposure to audits and inspections.\nExperience preparing client or operational reports.\n Portuguese language
