Establishes appropriate test programs by reviewing files and manufacturer's information, examining samples, and applying UL requirements.\nIs familiar with applicable standards, company manuals and appropriate technical literature.\nExamines samples for compliance with UL requirements and notifies client of any areas in which the product is not in compliance or of any changes in project scope or specifications.\nCoordinates laboratory activities by preparing data sheets and instructions to technicians, scheduling and reviewing work of laboratory technicians and engineering assistants and establishing completion dates.\nCoordinates administrative aspects of project management.\nMay serve as Project Handler of record and/or Reviewer of record as assigned.\nCommunicates project status and results to clients through frequent contact and by preparing reports.\nPrepares Follow-Up Service Procedures and information pages.\nIntegrates continuous improvement concepts and techniques into all aspects of the job.\nResolves engineering issues associated with Variation Notices by analyzing and reporting on the acceptability of the variations.\nAssists in the development of UL requirements.\nAssists in developing special test methods and test equipment.\nAnalyzes test program for adequacy and sequence.\nMay coordinate and/or perform File Reviews, as directed.\nMay represent UL at industry related functions such as seminars and trade shown. Read and follow the Underwriters Laboratories Code of Conduct and follow all physical and digital security practices.\nPerforms other duties as directed.\n - Conclude on your own the project scope and develop a preliminary plan of investigation accordingly\n- Determine the project specifications such as time and sample requirements by analyzing our clients input, supplemental data and product construction.\n- Discuss with your clients technical issues, explain procedures and requirements and negotiate completion date and sample requirements.\n- Establish appropriate test programs by project scope or specifications\n- Coordinate or conduct laboratory activities by preparing data sheets, scheduling and establishing completion dates.\n- In some cases, independently conduct trials in internal and external laboratories\n- Communicate project status and results to clients through frequent contact and by preparing reports in English\n University Degree or above in Engineering, Engineering Technology, Industrial Technology, Manufacturing Technology, or Physics(Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Automation, etc)from an accredited program.\nNo experience required.\nFluent in English listening, speaking, reading & writing. \nWilling to travel.\nGood communication skill.\nStrong self-learning ability and good
