Performs maintenance on\ndesignated test instruments and laboratory area.\nFor a single testing technology, integrates basic process and instruments improvements into all aspects of the job.\nCommunicates with management and technical staff to provide suggestions for new instruments, processes, and\nforms to improve accuracy and efficiencies.\nUnderstands and follows safe chemical hygiene practices.\nRead and follow the Underwriters Laboratories Code of Conduct, and follow all physical and digital security practices.\nOther duties as assigned\nBachelor’s degree or diploma from an accredited university through a formal program of study in Chemistry or related\ndiscipline including Chemical Engineering, Biochemistry, Organic/Inorganic Chemistry, Material Science but not limited\nto these disciplines only.\nDemonstrated ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining high quality and exceptional customer service.\nDemonstrated ability to successfully partner with Engineering and other Laboratory Personnel to complete projects in\na timely manner with high quality.\nDemonstrated ability to analyze special testing needs.\nEffective communication skills and ability to interact with customers\nDemonstrated ability to be innovative and creative\nDesire to work in a team-oriented environment\nAbility to use Microsoft Office suite is a must\nAbility to incorporate automation into day-to-day testing\nTotal Rewards: This position is eligible for annual bonus compensation with a target payout of 5% of the base salary. This position also provides health benefits such as medical, dental and vision; wellness benefits such as mental and financial health; and retirement savings (401K) commensurate with the standard rewards offered in each individual location or country.
