maintains complex test equipment appropriately to measure and test customer samples.\nPerforms complex maintenance on designated test equipment and laboratory area.\nFor a single testing technology, integrates basic process and equipment improvements into all aspects of the job.\nCommunicates with management and technical staff to provide suggestions for new equipment, processes, and forms to improve accuracy and efficiencies.\nRead and follow the Underwriters Laboratories Code of Conduct and follow all physical and digital security practices.\nOther duties as directed.\n University Degree in Engineering (in related field of work) as well as 2 years Work Experience.\nOr equivalent work experience.\nDemonstrated ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining high quality and exceptional customer service.\nDemonstrated ability to successfully partner with Engineering and other Laboratory personnel to complete projects in a timely manner with high quality.\nDemonstrated ability to analyze special testing needs.\nEffective communication skills and ability to interact with customers\nDemonstrated ability to be innovative and creative Desire to work in a team-oriented environment.\nAbility to use Microsoft Office suite is a must Ability to incorporate automation into day-to-day
