In this role, you will ensure the smooth execution of technical training sessions for our customers and partners, while also supporting sales team with key back-office and processes. Your work will play a vital role in delivering excellent customer experience and maintaining high operational standards.\n Training Support & Coordination\n Acting as a first level support for technical training inquiries from customers\nOrganize and prepare customer training environments, including meeting rooms and required materials\nSupport external training activities (literature, logistics, documentation)\nCreate and review public training offers; conduct sales follow ups\nPlan the yearly public training calendar and support revenue forecasting with management\nCoordinate communication with customers throughout the training process\nConduct follow-ups with participants after training completion to ensure satisfaction and gather feedback\nCustomer & Sales Back Office Support\nAssist customers with logistical inquiries and documentation\nCollaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate and timely execution of support tasks\nMaintain data accuracy in CRM systems and ensure structured process execution\nProject & Process Coordination\nSupport small to medium internal projects related to training, sales operations, or quality management\nEnsure compliance with internal standards and process discipline\n 2-3 years experience in sales back office coordination or customer operations\nSkills in project coordination and cross-team communication\nStrong attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy\nExperience using Marketo, CRM systems, or other digital customer platforms\nStrong process orientation and ability to follow structured workflows\nAdvanced level in German and English (written and spoken)\nUnderstanding of quality and auditing processes such as ISO 9001, ISO 27001 or TISAX is a plus\nTotal Rewards: We understand that rewards are an important consideration as you plan the next step in your career. Salary range varies by location and local market conditions - for Poland, the annual salary range for this position is 95,200-126,900 PLN gross and is based on multiple factors, including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, geographical location, and other factors. This position is eligible for additional incentive with a target payout of 5% of base salary.
